QuickPHOTO basic functions – simply explained
QuickPHOTO offers a wide range of features — from imaging to analysis and documentation — all within an intuitive user interface, available in English, Czech, German, Slovak, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, and Traditional Chinese, and easy to use even for less experienced users.
Camera control

QuickPHOTO enables live preview, image and time-lapse capturing from microscopy and Canon EOS cameras.
Images can be captured manually or automatically, with a choice of resolution and format. When shooting in series, you will appreciate automatic saving to a pre-selected folder – ideal for routine documentation or tracking changes over time.
Image editing, annotation, scale bars and retouching

QuickPHOTO offers a wide range of image editing options such as changing brightness, contrast, colors, histogram, cropping, rotating and resizing images. You can also easily add text labels and scale bars or highlight important areas with markers.
The “Clone Stamp” retouching tool allows you to easily remove dust, dirt, and other distracting elements from an image by copying the surrounding area.
Easy calibration, measurement and export of results

QuickPHOTO allows calibrated measurements of lengths, areas, angles, number of objects and other quantities in images and live view. The results are displayed in a clear table with basic statistics.
Calibration is simple and intuitive, supports different lenses and zoom ranges. It also works with images from external sources if they contain a scale bar.
Measurement results can be exported together with the images to XLSX files or to a report in Microsoft® Word (DOCX) format, eventually without images to CSV file.
A detailed list of measurement features can be found on the QuickPHOTO – Overview page.
